Kinard joined the FBC Staff in July of 2025. As a Cowpens native and a devoted husband and father, Kinard
graduated from Broome High School in 2006 and has dedicated his life and career to working
with young people through teaching, mentoring, and coaching. He brings a deep passion for
students and a heart for ministry that aligns beautifully with our church's mission.

Kinard currently serves in several impactful roles within Spartanburg School District 3, including:
• Behavioral Instructor at Cannons Elementary School
• Leader of the B.A.M. (Be A Man) Mentoring Program at Cannons Elementary
• Varsity & JV Football Coach at Broome High School
• JV Girls Basketball Coach at Broome High School
• Track Coach at Broome High School
• Supervisor & Stage Technician at the Spartanburg District 3 Community Auditorium

In his own words, Kinard shares:
“I have worked with young people of all ages in various forms, such as teaching, mentoring,
and coaching. This is the work I believe I was called to do. I trust and believe in the Lord, Jesus
Christ, and it is through Him that all things are possible.”
